Booking Conditions
Prepayment : 25% of the total amount to be paid upon receipt of the rental agreement.
We expect to receive payment of the balance of the total amount of the booking 31 days prior to arrival.
The deposit (guarantee) amounts to € 300 and should be transferred to us at the latest 10 days before arrival. If there is no damage, it will be refunded to you at the latest 10 days after your departure.
Cancellation: Free of charge up to 35 days prior to arrival. Afterwards, the total amount of the booking is due.
